Got a call to come in the turn my lease in early and get in something new. Left with a brand new 2025 Trax with all the bells and whistles that same day. John Locascio made the whole process a breeze, I had a few cars in mind going in, all of which had just sold due to the busy weekend. John worked with me and could tell what I wanted in the car, came back with the keys to a beauty, went on a nice test drive, came back talked numbers, did the paperwork, car was ready to be picked up 2 hours later. Would not go anywhere other than Arnold for my Chevy's, as long as John is there, I will keep getting my cars there. Thank you John and Arnold Chevrolet.

He was very thorough in explaining the terms of the lease which turned out to be pretty reasonable sue to the credit union financing. I leased this car last February and was supposed to get 2 free oil changes. When attempted to schedule the first one the inly availability was mid of the day tues-thurs. i had to go elsewhere where i could get an appointment at a more convenient time. Come the second oil chamge i was able to make one with the dealership but was told that i had to pay because my free oil changes expired. I was then told that they were short staff at the time which is why they only had mid day mid week appointments. This did not seem like my problem and i will not be booking any further appointments with the dealership.

First, I am a long time customer of Arnold Chevrolet and will continue to be so, but there were 2 issues that should be addressed. - I made an appointment on line for an oil change and tire rotation (coupon). The day before the appointment a message was left on my landline answering machine stating that the call was to confirm the appointment and to call back. An extension (123) was given. I then attempted FIVE times to speak with that extension or anyone to confirm the appointment. The first 3 calls apparently went to that extension but there was no indication that I had reached their voicemail other than the response "Melissa". Apparently I reached 123 but then what? 4th call I spoke to an "operator" who transferred me to 123 with the same dead end. 5th call I spoke with someone in Sales who said just come in for the appointment. Could not see there being an issue. I did and there wasn't an issue with the appointment. - The service advisor pointed out to me the need for an alignment. Fine. Car was ready in a timely manner, I paid, and left. When I got home I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I called and left a message for Chris asking if a) that was standard since an alignment had been done, and b) did I pay for a tire rotation, and to please call me back. (I know the tires were not rotated since one of my rims has a blemish on it and that wheel was where it had been before service. I waited a couple hours, hadn't received a call so I called and again left a message for Chris to call me. It is now 3 days later and no call. Will I ever hear from the dealer???

I needed a new tire. It took a week to get an appointment. I told the lady why I needed an appointment and what year and model car (it was only 3 months old). I waited in the waiting room for 1/2 hour and was told then that you didn't have the tire and it would have to be ordered, and would be in later that afternoon. I was told that it would be done that day. I was called to say it was ready. I finally picked my car up @ 3:30 pm (my scheduled appointment was 9:30 am). Seems like an awfully long time to have a new tire replaced and mounted, especially since I waited for a week to get the appointment. I'm not particularly pleased.

Waited over two hours and pretty sure my car wasn’t even looked at till I complained. They told me no problem to bringing it in for a screw in my tire yet had me sit there for 2 and a half hours. Yet family members of staff were in and out in 30 minutes. They didn’t even try to hide it. They made it obvious. I bought a $75,000 vehicle from this dealership and I am very disappointed in the service I was given. Will make me think before I recommend you to anyone.

I only let Arnold Chevrolet work on my 2007 Corvette Z06. They have the best Corvette mechanic around by the name of Jon Srica. I trust him to drive my car and work on it without question and it is always flawlessly taken care of whenever I need his help. Even though I was only there for a New York State inspection and an oil and filter change, I had the upmost confidence that the work would be done quickly and professionally. They did not disappoint.

It took 2 hours to do an oil change and tire fill (which costed 35$ and i scheduled the appointment + arrived early). I can't just sit around in the waiting room all day theres little respect for the customers time here. I saw people come in and out while I was there.

This might have been the easiest car lease transaction I've ever had. John Locasio was great! I was concerned about the glare in my windshield from the dashboard on my 2024 Equinox EV. The dealership knew of a GM bulletin addressing this issue and my service advisor, Chris Hill, let me know about it right away. I dropped the vehicle off to have it remedied and it was done within a couple of hours. The technician, Victor, did a perfect job to assure the piece fit perfectly. The dealership also put my EV on a charger as a courtesy which was greatly appreciated. The job was done quick and correct. Thanks to the Arnold service department.

Terrible customer service at the service department. The employee at the receiving desk didn't even acknowledge my existence for several minutes of standing there. At the very least a greeting or eye contact is at minimum, cordial. When he took my information it was like pulling teeth to get any instruction from him. It was as if I was bothering him by being there. He was rude, none the less professional. When my car was finished he called me to the desk, and had me stand there with no further direction. So after a minute or 2 I picked up the key and forms on the desk in front of me, only then did he speak to say... " no those aren't yours". "Go to the window over there she will check you out." I had a terrible experience.

My wait time in the clean and comfortable waiting room was short. All the service was performed expertly. I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership. I understand most places are understaffed but theres got to be an improvment in the appointment schedules. I made the earliest appointment available in the app and that was two weeks out, fine. Then when i show up i am still in a waiting list for my car to be worked on. If you make an appointment you know a car is coming in, why arent you ready for it? Why isnt it seen that day? I dropped my truck off on a thursday at 9:30a and i was wothout it until monday, not great!

Eric our salesman is the best! I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, it’s my 4 equinox, but with all the new features I needed help understanding them. He took all the time I needed. The only problem, and it’s a BIG ONE, is in prepping the car the rear passenger seatbelt was cut almost clear through. It was not noticed until an hour after I picked up the car and went to buckle a child in the back seat. 3 children in the back seat … I need 3 seatbelts!! This is a major Inconvenience as I now have to use my husband’s car in the afternoon. The part has been ordered but I’m still waiting.

Eric our salesman is fantastic in every way , especially taking the time to explain all the new features of the 2026 equinox. HOWEVER. First person who went to buckle up in the rear seat behind the passenger seat discovered the seatbelt had been sliced almost clear through! Didn’t have a loaner when I originally went. Were going to give me a ride home & I would’ve been stuck without a car, have 5 kids, regardless, not right. I pushed for a different way, let me take car home and monitor anti-freeze level until part came in.

Waited for truck while being serviced when ready service writer called me brought me to cashiers did not go over work later I see a wheel stud and luggage replaced last time wheels were off was when Arnold did brakes now question why lug and stud needed to be replaced was it cross threaded from last service
